Customer service was great. First pair shoes was small and they had the size I needed with in 3 weeks. The shoes are so light weight and quality above other shoes . Will differently buy again Thank you Peggy

The (Chinese) shoes run MUCH TOO SMALL by a size or two. When I tried to return them, I took them to FEDEX and it was going to be $130 to return them to CHINA. So I guess I'm out the $59 I paid for them to relieve foot pain. Don't buy from Musabela!

Based on the promos, I thought the sandals I bought might be a lower cost viable alternative to Orthofeet I usually wear. They're not! They are lower cost but nowhere near as comfortable. As a matter of fact, I had to use an Orthofoot insert to even wear them. The orthotic they included was a joke. The only way to keep it from slipping out the back of the sandals was to glue it in. Another poorly designed and made Chinese product.

I order a size 9/12 wide and got a size 4...I have emailed and called no response...i should've read the reviews first i would've never brought them.Now i'm out of $59.99.

I brought two pair shoe for my plantar fasciitis and I 💕 my shoes . Helps me walk and feet feels great

I am 77 years old and have plantars faciitis which has grown extremely painful and causes me to lose my balance often. I now use a walker so that I don't fall. After walking in the Musabela tennis shoes I bought, my pain has been reduced and I walk much steadier. They are very nice looking as well. Also, the Customer Service is excellent!

I tried this shoe on and wore it 3 times to make sure I was not having a bad day. There is absolutely no support. If you can wear soft shoes without support, these shoes are for you. I even put in support insoles and it is too soft of a shoe for myself. Very disappointing, because they are adorable, blue and pink.
