Terrible shoes, worse customer service 0 stars
It took a month to receive these shoes and they are quite literally the cheapest things I have ever seen. I requested the status several times with no response. The website says you can return them and receive a refund. It would cost $300 to send them back to get my $60 refund. I am furious & embarrassed for being scammed.

We can see that our support team replied promptly to all your tickets. Upon checking your order, We don't see any return request associated with it. Furthermore, the price for the return shipping you stated above doesn't represent the actual reality.
