Another pair too try! I bought these from add on Facebook. I was having trouble with my knees and hips. Told I needed more support. So I bought these. Very happy with the feel , the fit, and how light weight!

Bought a pair for my husband and me, and we're both so pleased. He has wide feet and loves the extra room, while I appreciate the arch support. Finally, a pair of shoes that works for both of us!

I ordered three pair of 8.5. I wear an othotic and they didn't fit in the narrow toes. I asked for a refund and they said they were in China and to just ask for 50 percent back which I never received because the shipping back would be more than the shoes! I found someone to wear them but feel this was a rip off company!

I ordered a pair of shoes and was not satisfied with the product- prior to ordering I read the return policy but what is left out is that returns go to CHINA. I apologize it does state that returns go overseas. I missed that when I read the return policy This means you have to pay for overseas shipping.. this company advertises as Musabela USA. I feel that this is misleading. needless to say I would not order from a company that cannot honestly show where the product is coming from.

I would not buy these shoes. They are not comfortable at all. I ordered up and they were to big. Also when you put the insert in its to high. There is not padding at the bottom of the toes at all and its rough to be the bottom of the feet and bumpy. I waited to long to return them due to their 30 day return. I would not even give them one star. They also were behind in the time of frame of order. They came 10 days late.

Having read the reviews and seeing that shoes run a little small, my wife ordered two pairs of shoes, one size larger than what she normally wears. The order was placed October 5th for $101.92. Thirteen business days later, they arrived. My wife tried them on and found that even though she ordered a size larger, the shoes were too small. The quality looked poorly made, so we opted to return the shoes (at our own cost). Musabela return policy said that it is less expensive to return the shoes (to China) via USPS. We paid $47.40 to return these shoes!! This is 47% of the total purchase! We will NEVER buy shoes from this company ever again and I STRONGLY suggest that you do not either. It cost us $47.40 to find out this lesson. Buyer Beware! FYI: I posted this same 1 Star review on the Musabela website, before I posted here, and they did not post it. -Edited to Response- Dear Musabela Customer Service, The name is not Jacqueline. I understand the three options of returning products. 1) Free Return with Credit, 2) Free Return with Exchange, or 3) Refund money, Ship at your own cost. As I mentioned in the comment above, the quality was not what we had expected. The soles of the shoes are plastic and look very cheaply made. Hence, we opted for the refund. Since the shoes have to go all the way to China, NOT Musabela USA, the cost was almost $50.00!! As I said, this is important information to future customers, who don't want to get ripped off, as I strongly feel that we have been. -2nd Edit after Email Sent to complaints@musabela(dot)com- After reading the response from Musabela, I did as suggested and reached out to the complaints email. After over a week, I have had ZERO reply. As I stated before and will continue to say - BUYER BEWARE!

After getting the first pair which were way to small the company sent me a bigger pair they are fantastic and really comfortable thank you guys
