Awesome service, havnt had any problems with any of the servers I have rented through time (ts3, mumble, minecraft till now) support has answered within hours when needed and have been awesome :D

The suppport can sometimes be more helpfull and sometimes the server break but aside of that their services are good, and they do help you out if you need them, considering the fact that their support can reply faster and be more helpfull their service is great, ( this does not mean their support is bad but it can be better ) 4/5 stars

When I say 'value for money' I don't necessarily mean Multiplay are the cheapest (though they are very reasonably priced), I mean you get what you pay for with great customer service and technical support, as well as a flexible pricing structure and hardware options. Right now I am paying yearly for a server that can swap between Minecraft and Starbound just to play together with a handful of friends and I consider the price very reasonable for what I get. I probably could run my own server from home slightly cheaper (though that is debatable with utility costs and maintenance) but I would certainly have more down time and stress when something goes wrong. Both the games I am currently running on my server started in beta, this unsurprisingly meant that I often came across game crashing bugs or even messed up my own server with mods. Not only where they fully supporting games still in beta, when contacting technical support I usually had a reply within 4 hours and my problem was usually solved and explained to me within 6-12 hours. If there was not a quick solution I would at least be given an honest explanation and a temporary work-around, even when it was often an error on the part of the developer rather than Multiplay. Every time I have wanted to change something to do with my package or billing it has also been a breeze. All in all I would say that, although there might be cheaper options available, I seriously doubt anyone can beat Multiplay on customer service and the added value you get from this and the general quality of the service they are offering in general. In just over 4 years I have not had any serious complaints with my service from them and I would definitely recommend them to any friend looking for a third party server to run.

Had a couple of problems with my server that I rented from this company, went into support, and immediately got help back. They are VERY efficient and fast. Even though they can be busy with all the tickets build up, they will get back to you within hours. I will continue my business with this company and support them 100%.

I would like to share how wonderful the staff at Multiplaygameservers are. They will take the time to help you even if you know very little about gaming servers. They will took their time to answer what most people would have thought of as stupid questions. Just so wonder to have such carry people, that you can count on to answer your (Dumb) question. I think a 5 rating is to low. I would have given them a 10. I would love to give a big Thank you to all the staff at Multplay. So if you are looking for a server. You must and I repeat must go with Multiplay whenever possible.

I work with multiply more than a year. Servers always work steadily. Any problems are solved quickly. Technical support answers and resolves issues very quickly.

All can i say is that this guys are the best that you can find out there. The servers are awesome, cheap and if there is no place where you want to host your server they are adding a new machine only for you in a very short time. The support is awesome, professional, very fast in answering and every problem or question i had has been resolved in a very fast way! Plus this guys answering at the tickets are so friendly and it's nice to spend time with them. I've tryed other server companies but they are so far from the quality of this services and the competence of this company! And the Clanforge panel is so easy to use and it's a powerfull instrument! Try this guys out, you'll never want to go back!
