After looking after the server for our clan over a number of years I can honestly say we have never been looked after as well as we have here. I first contacted them for help a couple of months ago where our server was misbehaving. After a short period of time the issue was resolved and we were back up and running on a new server with all of our settings intact. Today I have been in touch with a complex billing issue. I honestly thought it would be a difficult one to sort out but I have just had a message back letting me know that all has been sorted. Logged into the server and everything we asked has been sorted out. With a BFH server to order and BF5 being announced we will absolutely be sticking with what we know and staying with these guys. I use multiplaygameservers to host a Dayz Standalone private shard, The team have been great and very quick to respond to support tickets, and they took the time to walk me through areas of the configuration process I was unsure of. Billing is straightforward and open with no hidden costs. The hardware has met my needs as I have so far experienced no server downtime, and it handles a rather process heavy game due to being in development to a good standard. The clanforge interface for accessing my server is straightforward and user friendly even to those with little knowledge of manipulating configuration files. My only critisim is that Currently I am unable to configure in game server time on restarts, but I have been told this is being looked at, once that is done I would be hard pressed to find other faults.

I started using their services for Rust after the server we originally played on stopped working. It wasn't their fault, just that the original server operator had only paid for a month and that month was up. A bunch of players from that server kept in contact over Steam and since we had a good experience with the server provider we decided to go with them for our own server. The support team has been super helpful, I've probably requested over 20 different things my first week and continue to ask for some changes here and there. But even so support has been nothing but responsive and helpful

I recently moved over to Multiplay from another Server provider and have been extremely impressed with their services. Setting up the server was fast and easy and has put the fun back into running a server for my clan. The support is simply 5 stars, they were quick to respond and help me to add extra files onto the server. Pros: Quick Responses Polite, Kind and Understanding Staff Supporting Great Interface Steady Servers with Great Pings Cons: Honestly can say I haven't run into any!

Multiplay: A GSP that provides extremely quick responses! They are also flexible; knowledgeable; able and willing to help you setup your game servers. From my experience id consider them like GAMERS; providing GAMERS with the help, support and amazing customer experience that we all hope exists in a GSP. Their very affordable; provide EXCELLENT customer service and lets not forget their AMAZING backbone network that is killer for your game hosting needs. My Ping to my Bf4 Server is less than 10ms!!! Can you freaking believe that!!! Easy customizable menus and admin pages for New Server Operators; PLUS KNOWLEDGEABLE support for even the most experienced game server setup operator.

I sent a complaint about an abusive admin. they sorted it straight away and got back to me. 10/10 would complain again!

The company as a whole was amazing they got back to me as quick as possible they helped me out with my server, there a great company overall!!

Did have a small problem with the server and within 5 min they had helped taken care of it, very good responds time from there support. Best support i have seen so far from a server renting company also easy overview of the control system for the server.
