I rented a server for ark but from the moment I rented the server we were already having trouble. The game kept crashing every 30 mins. Now it says the server is online but we can't find it and when we do, we try to join it but it just sends us to another server. It's been 6 days and they haven't fixed anything. It takes them up to 2 days to answer you back. I would strongly advice you to look for another provider because this provider does not help their customers.

I purchased a server and was unable to connect to the host (then) and when I was the odd time I would be kicked after 30 seconds due to host connectivity. After 3 days and multiple emails later the server was still not working. Ive asked for my money back several times and they are now ignoring my emails. Wouldn't recommend this company. I've since purchased a nitrado server and it was up and running within 5 minutes and I've never been kicked from it.

Hello Cory, Thank you for the feedback. We are continuously updating and improving our systems and services to provide the best server experience we can. We have upped our resource limits on our Ark servers and we have very few issues now.
