Ryan is Very professional
My experience was somewhat bad until Ryan "Zephen" Assis took over! He was very prompt, kind and courteous. I was very upset by the time Ryan was on my ticket and with his professionalism and knowledge he fixed the situation faster than I could make dinner! I was somewhat abrasive and he remained kind. That k you for helping me.

The only reason I would give this a 3 …
The only reason I would give this a 3 star rating is the server performance is lacking a little. The game shouldnt lag while trying to load buildings in. Also I get booted from my server regularly and I can't figure out why.
