What an awesome company. Didnt know much about setting up a server. For that they got Tutorial texts and videos. Still had a problem setting up my MC server: Contacted the support and, I kid you not, withing 20 min I got a response. They moved the server and offered to reinstall the modpack I was using EVEN dow I could only provide a download-link to the pack. Just pure awesomeness Now I need to look what other games I should host for at Multiplay Gameservers

Very Good company. Fast support and always responding - even before the time they say they will. Updates to server are fast and actually beat gameservers.com (sorry but they are competition). Setup was simple and price is decent. I will host again anytime with this company and still continue to do so. I have no server lag. I am also renting all the way from South Africa - so definitely a thumbs up from me. Many thanks and keep the pricing low - ill make sure i stay as a customer :). Zak

The customer sevice is extremely fast at reply try to help like to see few setting add which I have done my self also be nice to have a discount for rent 2 severe as at month cost be 30 pound UK so if it was 25 I'd be lot more likely to take a second severe for the same game only two reasoned why didn't give them 5 star if any one of the 2 downside were done give them 5 stars

While the interface takes some getting used to eventually it all makes sense. And the support is absolutely top notch. There’s other games I wish I could make servers for (Avorion), but I refuse to try out any other company that offers it.

MultiPlay hosted a small game server for me during 2017 - relatively stable. Support has been quick and helpful. It was somewhat cumbersome to leave the service, however. I was billed 1-2 months after terminating the server (PayPal subscription). MultiPlay was responsive and refunded most of this money.

I signed up for a Terraria server and after going through all the steps to set it up - including payment - I was told that the company didn't have the hardware to fulfill my request and that they'd be adding more soon. Since it was a holiday weekend, I didn't know when to expect fulfillment, so I canceled my account in disgust and ran the server myself from home. UPDATE: (1->3 stars) Hi, Jack! Thanks for the response. If the message I had received had mentioned any expected time frame I probably would have waited for it. I canceled my order because no time frame had been mentioned and it was clear from the message that a human would need to get involved on a holiday weekend; I thought it might be days before my server landed and I wanted to play with some friends that weekend. We've finished playing Terraria for now, but I'll try Multiplay again next time I'm in the market for a game server.

It was bad, the formatting for mobile was horrible and almost unusable. When i asked for help finding settings for my server the sent a link and said this should help, it didnt have anything i needed and when i said that i never got a reply. On my last week with the server it wouldnt work it would load and the my screen would just go black and again when i said something they never responded and i lost a week of the one month i payed for very upsetting. Waste of money i would never buy a server from this company again

I have Payed for a FS 2017 server for 5 people and it constantly crashes I wrote a ticket and the answer was that i played the game and used to many helpers THATS THE FREAKIN GAME You are telling me not to play the GAME The next thing why it crashes was that we use MODS They advertise with 750 MB capacity of mods I use 15 MB ??? The only pro thing is that they are cheap A friend of mine has a nitrado server for more then 2 months and it didnt crashed a single time 17-2-2018 i have a server with gamed! now for 2 weeks it never crashed once no problem with 50 mods no problem with maps
