Exceptional - ordered complete OME suspension kit for 2018 Tacoma, it arrived fast, well packaged and in good order. Mudify website made customizing and ordering my setup super easy. It had an illustrative feature that explained front and rear weight mods and recommended light, moderate or heavy springs to accommodate your needs. Great experience with this parts vendor, would use again and recommend!

Great price, timely delivery, free shipping on my whole OME lift kit saved me +200$. Very helpful customer service

No issues so far, all pieces as described... we shall see once they are installed.

Customer service was absolutely horrible, the product (2-3 day fast shipping) took over a total of 10 days for all parts to arrive. They were not helpful with getting the last part out late, and offered to overnight it at my expense. Also, the upper control arms they recommended (spc) come with the recalled ball joints. Moral of the story, if you have a trip or planning your own install, literally shop ANYWHERE else.

Excellent service. Had some doubts regarding the installation of a kit that I bought from them, and they were super helpful and had great disposition. Highly recommended.

Had an issue with parts in a kit. My mechanic didn’t inventory the shipment until a month and a half after delivery. Mudify made a quick turnaround and shipped all party’s to me without a issue or another dollar spent! I was taken back by the amazing customer service! I am a customer for life.
