Fast delivery and great product. Had an issue with one of the parts missing a piece. I called and customer service priority shipped a whole new part out following day instead of making me wait for the small back ordered piece.

Great product, though it would be nice if it came with a manual or some kind of instructions Not sure if there is a supposed to be a leaf spacer in between each leaf, it didn't come with one so I made my own

Thank you for the feedback! We’re glad you’re happy with the product, and we agree that clearer instructions would be helpful. Please contact us so we can also confirm whether a leaf spacer is required for your setup.

Would very much like the option to be able to hold my order at a pick up location because it came in several packages and I was not able to be there as they came in

Thank you for the feedback! We’re glad you had a great experience, and we understand how helpful a pickup-location option would be for orders arriving in multiple packages.
