Customer Service people "making things right." Really listening and sincerely caring about my fur baby rescue dog's comfort. Looooove the soft chenille Cloud K-9 dog bed cover. The stuffing went very flat after just a few days. Muddy Mat is sending a new replacement bed out as a rush delivery. That's what I call HUUUUGE customer service you just don't get any more. I just can't thank Muddy Mat enough.

I bought my first MuddyMats though I was kinda skeptical. I’ll admit I thought they took too long get. I found out quickly they were worth the wait. Not long after, I just had to have some more. So now I’m the proud owner of 6 of these amazing mats. I’ve gone through several different types before I tried MuddyMat and now wish I had used the money I wasted to buy this great product. I LOVE muddy mats!! I have them in our camper (runner) along with in the bathroom, on our sun porch, kitchen & bathroom. They’re very soft & easy to take care of. Highly recommend!!!

My dog Penny has difficulty going up or down the staircase in my home. The beautiful oak stairs have a varnish that makes them difficult for Penny to grip. She has fallen several times. My daughter suggested getting Muddy Mat Stair Treads. The soft loops of the fabric enable Penny to secure a foothold on each stair. She hasn't fallen since I put the treads on. The treads were easy to apply and look great. They also reduce the sound as we use the stairs. Having a safe staircase for my dog and I is a relief. Thank you Muddy Mats!

The mats really work. I have two Corgi's that love to run the fence where it is muddy. I no longer have to bend down and try to dry their feet which was a challenge because they would try to tear up the cloth! Now all that I do is make them stand on the mats before opening the door. After, seeing how effective they were, I bought the beds. They are amazing as well. I have washed them once in the past month or so and they are really well made, lightweight, they have a nonskid back, and they are super fluffy. Our one-year-old granddaughter loves to roll around on them so they are comfortable as will.

I love these mats!!! I even made my brother get them since he has pets. I use them at all the entry doors snd showers as they absorb the water and keep the floors clean. I also purchased more to give for Christmas gifts!!!

I was gifted a muddy mat and if you have dogs, it is the best thing ever for catching wet paws and dirt before coming in from outdoor adventures. Lives up to the advertising! Because the mat worked so well I purchased one of the dog beds. Worth every penny and while I got it with my senior in mind, both dogs love it! Of course, I will be getting a second.

I highly reccomend Muddy Mat rugs. Great quality, Love the feel under my feet. My cats are loving Muddy Mats too.
