I placed and order,never received it, never got a refund. This company is shady. No need for a reply. I've working on this for 3 weeks, and over 10 emails. I don't expect anything from Muddy Mat.

Muddy Mats are as good as advertised. My new apartment does not have carpet in the living area. I have 2 doors to this area and lots of dirt follow me inside. Since having Muddy Mats inside both doors my floor cleaning time has been cut in half. Also I do not presently have a dog so you don't need a dog to benefit from Muddy Mats. Just people with shoes loaded with outdoor dirt and grim.

I purchased the recommended size dog bed and it was perfect. Love that I can wash the cover. Bought a mat for the front door and my dog sleeps there now too. I also purchased the small mat for under the dog water fountain to keep the floor dry. So far so good. Please make the gray striped washable area rug in blue!

After being so pleased with multiple orders of Muddy Mats, I was a little disappointed that my Muddy Mat dog beds were falling apart at the seams, literally, after having for a short few weeks. However, once I contacted Muddy Mat (via Messenger from their Facebook page) they quickly resolved the issue. I had to send them a few pictures of the problem, and shortly after, the rep responded that they were sending me replacements. I received a confirmation email for my replacement order within the hour. I hope the replacement beds will have stronger seams. In short, everything was not exactly perfect, but Muddy Mat customer service stood by their product and quickly made it right.

I received my muddy mat and put it down in front of my door. One of my dogs thought it was a blanket to lay on, so she laid down and went to sleep, but that was after one of my other dogs decided that she needed to chew a hole in it and pull some of it apart, I called the company and they are sending me out another mat free of charge. they do stand behind their product. I was very pleased with the way the product works. It does trap the mud and water. I would recommend it if you want cleaner Floors.

My Chihuahua loves these beds. I just wish they were as full and fluffy as the pictures.

Ordered the 2 Muddy Mats for the room with the cat litter boxes and loved the feel of them so much put 2 in our bathroom and only one near the litter boxes! I decided to order 2 more and get some more for our bathroom! This is a really great deal, but 2 get one free! I just wish they came quicker!!! Thank you Muddy Mats!!!!
