UPDATED: Muddy Mat reached out to me today. They have offered to replace the entire bed. I am more than satisfied with this. I purchased two dog beds. I washed one of them and was surprised to see the inside was just a flimsy insert with polyfil. The outside is well constructed and washed well. The inside fell apart in the washer. The sticking was not done properly and the zipper came apart from the insert. Asked company to replace the insert and they would not.

Great customer service! I own several muddy mats and 3 Cloud K-9 dog beds and all work perfectly in our home. The dirt that use to come in from the outdoors is no more with a muddy mat at each door. Cooper loves his Cloud K-9 dog bed. Machine washable, and it keeps my floors clean. Perfect product if you have pets.

The muddy mat product is an awesome product. It remains where you put it on the floor and does gather all debris that comes across it. The shipping is not as desirable though as they messed up 2 of 3 shipments. But all turned out well!

I have 3 small size Muddy Mats for my cats. Muddy mats are great at catching the litter off my cat's paws when they exit the litter box. I love that I can pick up the mats and shake them outside without any issues. Not just for cats, but these mats are great for catching mud/dirt/snow off ones feet coming in from outside. Again, picking up the mats and shaking these off are so easy! Added plus, the floors are not wet from any moisture. What's not to love? I just need to order a larger size now for my porch.

I ordered 3 rugs (B2GO) from muddy Mat website and none were good colors/size for my home. I contacted Muddy Mat less than 1 week from receiving the rugs to initiate a return, and got no response. I followed up with a second email, still no response. Although their website promises easy returns, it’s impossible to even get a reply from customer service! Only after following clicks starting from the email verifying my order, I found a notice that it was too late for an exchange or return because it was more than 7 days past the shipping date. What a surprise!—Muddy Mat certainly does not make this known before placing an order. The order took 5 days to be delivered after shipping! Who would imagine a return would need to be made within 2 days of receipt? I would caution anyone thinking about making a purchase from Muddy Mat—don’t count on ever making a return.

I ordered an area rug and the pee pads with one order and then decided on the rugs for the doorways. The rugs are soft. The dog had an accident on the pee pad as well as the area rug. Her pee pooled up and did not soak through. The urine was soaked up with some paper towels and when the next set up paper towels was used, the paper towels were virtually dry. Sprayed some scent spray on each rug to deter further accidents in the same area. Overall pleased with the rugs. I am anticipating similar results once the snow starts to fly.

First and foremost, Muddy Mats work. I have three large dogs for a combined total weight of 400 pounds. Our soil is like finely ground rock. These mats catch it all, wet or dry. Secondarily I had an issue with a shipment and it was handled quickly and efficiently with no question. Hard to find that kind of service these days. I highly recommend the product and the company.

Muddy Mats are very attractive; to me and to dirt. Big win. They do exactly what the ads claim and look good doing it. They're easy to clean. I avoid using any softeners and let them air dry because I want to keep them for a long, long time. I use them in the house and theRV also. No more tracking in campsite grit. I'm a happy camper 😄
