Ordered 2 dog beds. One was so full of stuffing the dogs won’t use it. The other was just right and they love it and share it. Hopefully one will start using the over stuffed one to smash it down so it gets used more!!!

Even though I dont have a dog or pet, I purchased 4 Muddy Mats for inside my house + new outdoor mesh mat. They are as advertised - wetness doesn't go under the mat, they easily shake out or wash. Shipping is fast.

As a dog-sitter, I am always on the lookout for things that help me keep my home safe and clean for dogs, while providing them with a level of comfort when they stay with me. Muddy Mats have been key to helping keep my floors cleaner than they would be with regular rugs. Dogs find the mats very comfortable and will sleep on them, but because dirt is dragged deeper into the mat, it doesn't transfer to the dogs' fur. The mats wash easily and hold their shape despite multiple washes. I recommend getting the triangular grippers to hold down the corners. I'll have 10 dogs parade over a rug while coming in from outside, and the thing stays in place thanks to the grippers.

Love Muddy mats! I have many now. I also have the dog bed and stair treads. The stair treads were my most recent purchase, so happy to have bought them. My dog stop going up the stairs, and we had other stair treads on there, but she didn’t like them. Now she will run up the stairs, no problem. They look awesome and feel great. This company has great products.

Updated to share the response from Muddy Mats' customer service team mentioned below. It shows that they just have the customer left with solving the issue caused by their faulty packing process. Instead of saying, wow, thanks for helping us make a change and stating they will be sure to send larger rugs rolled, they will share the feedback. They did offer to refund or replace the rug, but wanted me to confirm that the rug looks like it does in the pictures I sent them and if it is returned (with me packing and shipping it back), they will see if it qualifies for a full refund. If they replace it, no guarantee that it won't be another folded piece that requires another ton of work on the customer's side. Oh and if it takes 2 weeks to see if it will lay flat, you will be beyond their return window as other customer reviews have indicated on TrustPilot. Hi Leslie, Thank you for sending the attachments. To help your rug lay flat, please try the following: - Reverse-roll the rug in the opposite direction of the folds and leave it overnight. - Place heavy, flat objects, such as books or furniture, over the creased areas for a few days. - Apply gentle steam or low heat with a damp cloth to help relax the fibers. - Use a non-slip rug pad underneath to keep the rug secure and encourage it to settle evenly. All the previous rugs were sent rolled, similar to rugs I have purchased for many years from other companies. Yet, the area rug was shipped folded to fit into a box that was definitely smaller than adequate for a rug of this size. Unboxing it, I found the folds and creases were significant and did not fall out as I tried to let the rug settle, as I have successfully seen with other rugs of this size I have purchased. I spent over 3 hours over 2 days using a steamer to try and release the creases and get the folds to lay flat. The result was less than great. I reached out to Muddy Mats to report the issue and to alert them to what I assumed was a mistake in packing and shipping. Yet, what they replied, after seeing pictures of the issues that remained, was to do more work on my end to make the rug actually usable. And yes, one of those directions was “to roll the rug up on its opposite side” and give it a night to right the creases. Hmm, if they had sent it rolled in the first place and used my feedback to correct bad packing practice, they would not have to push extra effort on the customer to fix problems they created themselves. So word to the customers out there, don’t buy any rug from them bigger than the small rug/mats offered for your pets. They don’t know how to handle the larger rugs and their customer service team is only going to put the burden on you to get product in any shape to use in your home.

You only get 7 days from when your order SHIPS to make any returns or exchanges so consider it a final sale purchase. The 60 day satisfaction guarantee is false advertising. Dealing with customer support was a bad negotiation. After wasting a lot of time reminding them of their clearly posted “guarantee” I got a token partial refund.

I was skeptical about buying these mats, but I am extremely happy that I did! They really do work!
