The product is good. However I’m not too impressed with the company. I ordered one from Amazon with no problem and liked the mat so I ordered a second one from their website. After I paid for it with PayPal all these pop up like adds kept coming up for “deals” I could add to my order. I declined a bunch of them and then a pop up option of delivery came up and I mistakenly hit the $9.99 option on a $24.95 mat but there was no option past that and my PayPal account was automatically charged the $9.99 I didn’t want to spend. I did email the company but never heard back from them. So I was charged $10 I didn't want to spend and it still took 2 weeks to get my mat. If you are going to order their product and I recommend you do because it’s a solid mat, order it through Amazon or someone who has a good customer service and logistics department.

I placed my order Dec 11, 2023 and still haven't received it. I have emailed and received order and shipping numbers, but it has never been sent. I finally got through to a person today, and was told they were manufacturing delay. I don't believe it as why would their be a shipping number if it wasn't to be shipped. I sent a follow up email requesting my money back, with not response. I am really disappointed. Now I have to go through the credit card hassle.

These mats are amazing! I have two elderly Pugs and they both have mobility issues. I use a trail of mats down the hall and across the garage for traction and pads for falls. If they stop and pee on the way, I can switch it out for a clean one. They wash great and are super absorbent. I keep buying more! I never want to run out of them.

When I placed the order it showed it was in stock. I paid for Air since I needed it to arrive before we leave for a month. 2 days after the order was placed I rec'd a tracking number. I have spent 10 days trying to track the order, sent numerous emails with generic replies, left voicemails with no call backs. I finally held long enough today to get a human. Discovered the items have not shipped because 1 item was backordered. Changed to a color they have in stock but was told it would still take another 10 days to get, even with air shipment. CANCELLED the order and I am very disappointed in the whole process!!!

If I could rate them in the negatives, I would. Similar to another customer I ordered/paid more than a month ago, have received 2 tracking numbers (after I called and emailed) and both shipments were cancelled because Muddy Mat never got the shipment to the courier. TWICE! Now they are MIA. Don't bother - can't speak to the product, but the PITA company can't seem to figure out how to ship things. So you'll likely never get it.

I just received my orders today. This time I ordered the other colors and they were beautiful.

Ordered on 12/23/2023 and as of today, 1/17/2024, I've yet to received my order. I received a tracking number a couple days after ordering, but the shipper never received the item. Tried calling their contact number, but was put on an unending hold. This is a scam. Now I'll have to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund. Avoid!

When I got my muddy mat, I was skepitcal. Just looked like a rug. Then we had a long freeze. Let the dog out this morning to mud, and when she came in she had very muddy, wet feet. ran across the rug and no mud in my kitchen. Not even moisture. I am a huge fan! Beats mopping 3-5 a day!
