I had an order that was missing one of the Muddymats. I contact Customer Service which helped me to receive the missing mat. They did it with speed and efficiency. I have order 6 Muddymats. The ones I gave as Christmas presents and birthday gift plus myself have been great. The ad for these mats are exactly true. I am glad I purchase them.

Ordered their special buy 2 get 1 free back in December 2024, have called several times asking them where are my mats get same answer every time...they will escalate my orders as of today February 14, 2025 still haven't received my order so I am in contact with my credit card disputuing the charges...don't walk Run fast from this company.

Update: Bed recieved and dogs love it. Terrible customer service. Recieved two different expected delivery dates. After the first occurred the date was move 5 days later. Then when the second occurred it changed to unknown. Called them and their response was it is shipped with no expected delivery date. This is 18 days after order. Do not recommend doing business with this company.

The mats really do clean debris off my dogs feet on their way inside the house. Dirt leaves and snow stay on the mat. Less mess to clean up! The mat does not slide around on the floor.

I was skeptical of these mats, but figured I would try them. We now have 3 runners and 3 large mats. We have 3 large hunting dogs and mud season in Pennsylvania is awful. These mats have made all the difference for our home. I am a forever customer.

Love the rugs. I bought large, medium and got a small free. Well made. They stay where you put them. I will order more. Oh and the really do collect a lot of dirt and water. ❤️❤️❤️🐶🐶🐶

Order placed first week of January. Still waiting . . . I contacted customer service several times and get the same answer. Refunds not available since it already shipped. Wait another 48 -72 hours and you will see movement in shipping status.

I bought two of these mats after trying so many things to keep the snow and mud from being brought into my whole house by my 2 German shepherds and these have done the trick. I highly recommend. I have had them for a few months and many trips in and out of the house and they are still perfect.
