I love the product have purchases them before. I placed an order on 1/26/2025 still have not received the order. I contacted them several times they tell me that it was sent by Federal Express and it out of there control. It has been 24 days since I ordered it. Tracked the package it has been sitting in Dallas 11 days and has not moved. They need to send me another package. I am going to call my Credit Card company and dispute the charges.

I have 2 dogs plus my husband and myself. We have dirt and mud in the yard this time of year and Muddy Mat keeps my floors a lot cleaner than they would without them. I love them so much I have told all of my neighbors and I know 3 of them purchased the mats. I also purchased some for my daughter for her husky and kids..She loves it now as well. Thank you for making such a quaility product that actually does what you claim it will.

I am missing one charcoal muddy mat. I've tried to contact the company numerous times only to be told they would help me, but they don't help me. Each time I email them, they say due to my order I have received all items, which I have not. I even contacted the BBB and muddy mat did not reply to them. I regret purchasing these muddy mats due to the non understanding of the company.

They misrepresented the product. They will not return it. And I will have to call my credit card to have the charge reversed.

I have probably 12 muddy mats, we live in Arizona in the dirt. I have one on my porch, deck, front door, back door, sliding door and one in each bathroom for getting out of the shower. They are great!! They do trap the dirt and mud and are perfect for bathroom's. But here is the thing, muddy matt came in so handy for something it's not advertised for. We had our washer go out and when we tried moving it water went everywhere, we grabbed several muddy mats and flipped them upside down and those things sucked up all of the water!! Didn't have to grab a ton of towels just three muddy mats and a LOT of water was soaked right up. What's even better is they didn't drip water out on the way out the door👍🏽 I love this product and now can recommend it for more than one thing. Keep em on hand to soak up water accidents!

The sad thing is is the rug seem to be well-made. But the reason I will come back to accompany the second time that has good product is customer service this customer service was awful. Had a box that was more than half air when my rugs came ripped open one rug missing. They asked me to email just about any paperwork that was in the box and on the box and pictures of the box. I did that and after four more emails of no response I finally called one more time fixing to write it off and the young lady said I didn't provide every plastic that was on all my rugs which was eight rugs. Oh by this time I don't have all the wrapping. I have learned a lesson. Through the holidays all these companies were online saying 70% off their product just for the quick rich scheme some of the good products I have a bad product if I'm buying any rug for $99 to throw in my hall and then they mark it down to 20 I should be aware L O L

These mats are magic! I don't know how they do it. I have two 70+ pound lab mix boys. They seize every opportunity to run the mud pit I call a backyard. Jumping, playing, running the fence line. The kind of craziness that slings mud up their legs and belly. Sometimes I can corner them to wipe their paws before they plow past me and onto my floors. My husband doesn't even try! Ugh. With Muddy Mats, I will honestly say, my floors stay 80% cleaner this time of year, with melted snow and thick mud. I can usually wipe up a missed spot with a paper towel instead of full-on mopping an entire floor or two. Bring on Spring, because I'm not dreading even more Midwestern mud!

They don't answer the e mails that I have sent. I have been asking about my order. Customer Service is useless.
