I want to share my great experience with Muddy Mats' customer service. I got my mats and they certainly did the job of stopping dirt and water coming into the house. There was a post on Facebook regarding the Muddy Mats and someone commented that their mats didn't slide. I didn't give it much thought when I commented that mine did slide. It wasn't much later that I got a message from Muddy Mats regarding that comment. They offered a couple of solutions to me and we settled on my receiving the Non Slip Rug Grips for my mats. After that discussion I went back to look at the website and read that floors like mine required the Rug Grips. My fault for not seeing this. They could have very easily pointed that out to me, but instead chose to give me the Grips to solve my issue. Now my mats stay put even when my 55# dog comes charging into the house. I am very happy with these mats; we live in a rural area and the dogs bring in sand. These mats trap most of that sand. I highly recommend these mats. Mary Anderson

I was skeptical too, but love them, especially for a rug at sink for seniors. Soft on feet and makes standing at sink comfortable on old feet. Be sure to add backing it's well worth it! Oh and does work on dirty dog feet🐶

Our mats have not been tested of their ability to handle mud, but our dog and 2 cats love them. They think we bought them new lounging pads!

With three dogs a regular rug was not helping to keep my carpet clean. I bought the Muddy Matt! What a game changer. Especially on rainy days with dirty paws. I take my Matt outside to shake it out. I am amazed at all the dirt that falls out of it. There are lots of great colors to choose from. I chose the sage to go with my den furniture. It’s a lighter color than I expected it to be. It never looks dirty. They are easy care, just throw them in the wash. I air dry mine.

Beware of this company and it's products...both are garbage. The low low price is offset by the high high shipping fees. Then it takes a month for shipping. Patronizing email responses tailored made for credit card disputes.

This company does not honor the 60 day refund guarantee. I have been attempting to contact them since 4/20/25 with a big run around. Email and phone calls. They will not send return label to refund my money. My order was $128.00. This is very poor customer service. The people answering the calls speak very broken English. I would not recommend or buy anything else from them.

I don't have pets. These make the best bath room mats ever! The non-slip backing and water absorption greatly reduce the chance of slipping and falling. I own three, two for the bathroom and one for the main entry door. I'll probably by one more for the side door. Thank you so much for such a great product!
