Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I have made several orders of the Muddy Mats and am VERY pleased with them. They really DO collect more dirt, dust and fur than any other rugs that I have tried. The colors are very nice and vibrant (the Teal is stunning). They are easy to clean with a vacuum, and also machine washable. Highly recommend

UPDATE: Issue resolved. MuddyMats reached out. I'll be interested to see whether the mats are very thin or what I expect them to be. If they are, I'll return them. But I'm appreciative that they reached out with a solutio. Changing score from 1 star to 4 for now. They do a little work on their post-sale offers and how the offers are communicated (like telling customers what the total price is rather than breaking it out per piece. That's still not 100% transparent, and transparency is key for a truly ethical business. BEWARE! They make multiple offers after you decide to purchase a rug and offer these for low prices and then gouge you for a MUCH higher price. They offered no slip attachments for $1.99 for 4 and then charged me nearly $16. I already regret purchasing from them. Also, their video shows fairly substantial rugs that don't flop or bunch up in their ad before you make a purchase decision. But on other side of the transaction, they show one of their mats need the antislip grips because the rug is bunching all up like a very lightweight rug. I don't think this company is honest. I already regret the purchase.

UPDATE: The company will not cancel my order and will not own up to their scammy bait-and-switch charges. They have replied with two different form-letter emails, extolling the virtues of their products and offering coupons toward future purchases. I am initiating a chargeback through my credit card company. Odd that the positive reviews are from people with no other reviews on their accounts. ORIGINAL COMPLAINT: I own a Muddy Mat and really like it. Seeing the B2G1 ads on TV, we decided to purchase a few more. All was fine, my total showed the total for mats + free mat + the shipping option I chose. However, after clicking "pay", suddenly, the total was over $70 MORE than shown, with added fees, $49 for nonstick corners, and more expensive shipping than I'd chosen. I emailed the company requesting my order be canceled and also contacted my credit card company in case I need to initiate a chargeback. BUYER BEWARE: When ordering, they have numerous pop-ups pushing you to buy more items, with the "no thanks" button being obscured...and your order total is changed once you press the "pay" button. This is little more than a scam. I will update if they contact me.

The rug is awesome. No more wet prints in the house. It's great!

I ordered 2 mats that were supposed to be delivered 5 days ago. A tracking number was supplied but it has been sitting in limbo for the past week. When I contacted Muddymat they passed the responsibility on to the carrier blaming it on high volume from the "holiday season".... it's June. I asked for a refund if my package was lost but as of now have neither my package or refund. Update 7/2/2025 I have sent several emails now asking for a refund. I have been offered discounts, coupons, ect... everything but a refund. I just want my money back for a product that I never received.

These mats are the best purchase I've EVER made! Not only do they keep my floors cleaner but, as advertised, they stay perfectly in place. They come out of the washer and dryer like brand new. I've purchased 7 of these already and will buy more as needed. WELL WORTH THE COST!!

Ordered from website because of the buy 2 get one free. The free one isn’t the same size as the 2 I ordered. Got charged twice once for the rugs , once for upgraded shipping’s I didn’t purchase. Even with the so called upgraded shipping I still haven’t received the mats. It’s been a month the so called tracking website just stated ‘ undeliverable “. I called was told they were damaged and they’d reship. They never reshipped. Now I am trying to figure out how to get my money back.. lessoned learn never fall for the so called deals.

This mat is amazing. My kitchen floor was always dirty before i got it, from people and my dog walking in wet mud from the garden. I ordered the medium size mat and I didn't have to mop for a week. And even after a week I only mopped it coz I thought it was time to do it, not because it really needed it. You don't even have to wipe your feet, you just have to make sure you step on it with both feet as you walk over it. Literally in the second it takes to ensure both feet touch the mat as you walk over it, it absorbs all the water and wet mud in a flash. I would definitely recommend. My only regret is that I didn't buy the large one so I didn't have to take "short steps" as I walk over it.
