Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

Fast delivery and super mats!! Just ordered a bigger one for my bathroom. The memory facility where my husband now lives uses them, too! I'm in apartment with a brand new carpet and mats are keeping it looking new.

We absolutely love our muddy mats, and our pets do too! I can never go back to not having these on rainy/muddy days. They’re a game changer. Our only regret was that we didn’t order 10 more of them. Great for pet mats, pet beds, bath mats, camper rugs, and I’m sure many other things I haven’t thought of yet.

Muddy Mat should be a staple in any dog owners' home! We have four large active dogs, and a yard that turns into a swamp when it rains. I dread rainy days envisioning muddy paw prints all over my couch and carpet (because that's usually what happens). We tried Muddy Mat in hopes that it woul "make it less awful". I was genuinely floored at how effective these mats are! Not only did it help, but it completely ELIMINATED my muddy paw print problem!! Of course you can manually wipe paws, but it can be time consuming for dogs who don't like their feet touched. Muddy Mat serves as a magic doormat that eliminates my frustration and keeps our pooches' paws clean. I'm running to go buy more colors! 😂 Seriously, if you've been considering, just buy one and you'll be glad you did.

Good afternoon! I just wanted to reach out and tell your company that we are so pleased with our order! Everything that we read on your site about the Muddy Mats is absolutely true! We ordered three of them and have them in front of our 3 doors. Once our dogs come from the outside and run across the mats, their paws are clean. And the floors stay clean also. Thank you for making such a great product!! Star and Rosie give these Muddy Mats 5 Woofs and Barks!!

Just bought a dog bed as advertised. My pup immediately layed down and almost sank into the bed! He absolutely loves it!! Very soft, plump with "stuffing", and can remove cover for easy cleaning. Many colors to choose from too!! Highly recommend!! I know I will order a second one!!

Brought mats from November to January. The smaller mats are fine. But the larger (what they call runners) fall apart when you wash them. Call the Company in February and was first told that the mats I was sent were old ones and that they would ck on it and email me back after a week and a half I had to email them again and was told to send me my information. They finally emailed me to say that I was past their return policy. WHAT?! So they send you old mats and then don’t stand behind them.

Customer service is bad

Once my order was placed, it came up and said that I had a free prize, some rubber gloves, so I thought why not. It gave off temu vibes. When I checked out, there was 9.99 fee added on, seems a bit dodgy to me. On top of that, the website didnt ask to confirm my address, an my PayPal address hadn't been updated. So they are sending it to the wrong address. I have sent them a few emails requesting they cancel part my order. They have offered a voucher, but I have declined. Additionally I was told that my order had been put on hold, but I just got a notification from aus post that they are preparing my parcel, with the wrong address..... I've tried to redirect it on aus post..
