I love Muddy mats! We live in an animal house and property. We have, hay, straw, and mud. I got really tired of shampooing carpet by the dog door and scrubbing the laundry room daily. I originally got a muddy mat back in 2024 for the dogs water bowl. It was amazing how much water it held. I then got a gray runner for the dog door. (No more carpet cleaning). The most amazing part is the beige runner in the laundry room. I cannot believe how much dirt, straw, and hay gets down into the mat. But when l picked it up the first time l got a FULL, yes full dust pan! I learned real quick to fold it and carry it out. I now have muddy mats everywhere in the house. We have them in the bathrooms, kitchen, and every door. We have also started giving them for wedding presents for the couple's bathrooms. They love them as well. I love muddy mats!

Customer service with this company is amazing. I had an issue. They fixed it immediately, even though the issue was my fault. I haven't had time to see how the mats actually work but they are to thick to go right in front of the door.

They take your money- but never send the product. I've been waiting over a month, have reached out many times, have requested the product at first, and later to just get my money back- and get the run around but no product, no money, and no answers. Avoid this company.
