Great product and fast shipping

I haven't received anything yet. I wish I could review the beds and additional cover. I received a response indicating a back order and was given several options to resolve this order. Stars didn't change due to muddy mats not informing me about this initially. I just want my beds!

This company is a scam. I placed an order on December 11th. I have yet to recieve a tracking number and clearly have not recieved my product. They do not return emails or communicate in any way. They do not answer their phone. I will have to dispute this charge on my credit card. Terrible service.

The products are awesome when you finally receive them. The customer service is awful. They do not reply to email, cannot reach a customer service agent. After I filed a Pay Pay complaint, I finally received an email with response and tracking. But…….. the products do work and work well.

I have bought 3 and am very happy with them, especially to one I put in the bathroom for showers. It absorbs all the watch and dries pretty quickly.

I previously ordered a medium muddy mat dog bed and loved it, but then ordered a large one for our other dog , and it is totally flat , it is like lying on the floor . I’ve emailed for a response for what to do with a bed that cost over $ 100.00 , but am getting no response . Beware of customer service . JUST WANT TO INFORM THAT I DID GET A REPLY FROM MUDDY MAT , THEY ARE SENDING ME A NEW MUDDY MAT DOG BED , AS I STATED WE HAVE A MEDIUM ONE AND IT HAS HELD UP GOOD , A GREAT BED !! MAYBE SOMETHING HAPPENED TO THIS NEW ONE IN THE SHIPPING OF IT , BUT AT LEAST THEY ARE TAKING CARE OF IT . THANK YOU MUDDY MAT !! THANK YOU Dorothy Simmons

Ordered two muddy mats and get one free, and also a free dog bath glove. Only received the the mats and was charged for the free bath glove, BUT customer service did respond and correct the charge for the bath glove but still never received the "FREE" items.

First off, the rugs are great! I bought many in one order and several did not come although I had paid. It took some time to get the rugs I ordered but they worked with me to ensure I received what I ordered. Circumstances were interesting- it was happening during all the winter holidays and I had thrown out the paperwork and all I had was a packing slip. I had to take pictures of what I received and send them pictures ( even though they were already in use, complete with dogs and dog hair😂)
