Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I absolutely love these rugs! It started with one inside the door, then a runner then another for the back door. My living room is brown so I have brown rugs! I painted my kitchen cabinets green after seeing the green color available...I have 3 runners, 3 doormats, a rug under the 5 gallon water buckets for my Rottweilers, 2 black ones out my back door, a grey runner in the hallway, a bathroom set, stair runners and I definitely want a purple one for the office/toddler grandbaby room. They vacuum well, they wash well...I've only had one start to come apart on me and I think it's because I washed it in hot water. I just ordered more stair tread rugs...I love love love my muddy mats!!! Christi Smith Idaho

I bought two for myself and one for my daughter for Christmas. We both love them. They wash up well and do their job. I highly recommend this company.

I love my muddy mats. They are definitely worth purchasing. I seriously have them in every room of my home, even the bathroom. I even have the new rubber door mat. The color choices and sizes are great. The runners are my favorite. I have one in front of the dog door just to get extra clean paws from two dogs and a muddy backyard.I would highly recommend these. I had seen all of the commercials. It honestly seemed too good to be true because I was just accustomed to trying to tackle my dogs as they came in to get each paw wiped … and was still left with cleaning floors several times a day multiple times throughout the year. I finally splurged. I bought one of the bigger mats and a smaller one because of the promotion that was being run. We tried the smaller one first and quickly learned that while it did cut down on the amount of dirty paws and kid prints going through the house, it didn’t really do it all, so I was still cleaning floors, all the time. Once we put the bigger one out, and each dog and / or kid that came in took at least 2 steps on the rug before hitting the floor, there were no more traces of which direction each being took off too. The big one was definitely an investment. It was more than I’d normally be willing to spend, but it’s done everything that’s been promised. We’ve been using the Muddy Mat for more than 2 years now and I do NOT miss the amount of rags I laundered regularly. It’s been an absolute game changer in our house with 4 kids, 2 dogs and a cat constantly going in and out.

The mats themselves are great so far! I didn't give 5 stars because my package arrived extremely late and tracking information was not updated for 5-6 days, so there was no way to know if or when they were coming. It was nearly impossible to figutr out how to speak to anyone at the delivery company, UniUni. The only obvious option was a chat with an AI robot, and there were no obvious options to speak to an actual human regardless of what options you chose. There was also no email or phone number to contact anyone. It was EXTREMELY frustrating. When the package finally did come, I was missing 1 of the 3 that I had ordered. When I contracted Muddy Mat about the missing item they were quick to respond and sent the missing item almost immediately. I obviously realize that Muddy Mat is not the actual one delivering the product, but there has to be some accountability since you are the ones contracting them for deliveries.

It really does what it advertised I have ordered bothe kinds the mesh and the other. And I like them both. The both work well. The orinal(fuzzy) i think works the best in doors. The mesh works the best outdoors.

Great products for this country home with a labrador in and out all day - a few minutes on her MM bed and she's dry! So I added runners for by the garage and backyard doors. I LOVE the depth that fully traps debris, but still shakes out easily and LOVE that they are really NON-SLIP.

I bought two mats one XL and one SM. The larger one fits in front of my patio doors, which is perfect for the dog traffic. My chiweenie likes laying on it. The other was purchased for the front door. My bad, the rug is so thick the door doesn't clear it. But my King Charles likes to lay on it by the kitchen sink. Gonna have to move it! The website records My answers, but it's hard to change your mind, especially when you leave your cart open and then find another deal. Also, shipping is slow. Kathy Kniery, Florida
