We live in the country and I have 2 poodles that come in either muddy, wet or caked in snow. My long muddy mat really has cut my clean up in half! The mat somehow helps the stuff on their paws come off then locks it down! If I could I would have more mats!

We appreciate your feedback, Rita. It’s wonderful to know the Muddy Mat has helped reduce your clean-up time and works well for your poodles.

The absolute lack of customer service will keep me from ever recommending this company. After almosttwo weeks of emails and one phone call, my productss havee been seeent but two are not the correct color and I just had an email confirming they correct color but the shipping states that the colors are wrong.

Shipping was quick. I did have to wash one of the rugs because my husky broke a toenail…blood came right out!

Your mat doesn’t work any better than the regular mat that I used before I bought yours! It’s not worth $5 much less $128 ! How do I return for a refund I was contacted about an hour after this and given a refund no guestions asked! Amazing! I don’t like their product but their service was excellent! Thanks

The first thing I did was read the Reviews from others. I liked what I read and decided to take a look at the Muddy Mat website. I discovered LOTS of Colors and Sizes. Because my floors are Blue/Gray I chose the Light Gray Mats and after measuring the width of the 3 doors I was going to put the Mats in front of I ordered the Mats. These are the BEST Door Mats I've EVER had. No more wet or muddy tracks inside the house. Do yourself a Favor and get a few.. Harold

We appreciate your thoughtful feedback, Harold. It’s wonderful to hear the mats fit perfectly and keep your floors clean.

I ordered a rug on November 15. It finally, supposedly, arrived on December 26 at 11:00 am. Nope, it did not. FEDEX shows it as delivered. The Post Office has no record of it. I reordered the same rug for replacement and have received no rug, no confirmation email, nothing. Customer service, on both service calls, was not only NOT helpful, but downright ignorant of basic information. I'll buy these thru Amazon but never again thru this company. A true shame because I've used their products for years and their customer service has gone from excellent to awful.
Response from Muddy Mat®Jan 27, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Linda. We acknowledge your concerns regarding the missing rug and the challenges with your replacement order. An email has been sent to address this matter and provide further assistance.

I bought my mats about a month ago, they are great with keeping floors dry, with my 3 dogs in and out. The dogs also lay down on them so they must think they are cozy!
Response from Muddy Mat®Jan 27, 2026
Thank you, Kristy, for your kind words. We’re delighted the mats are keeping your floors dry and that your dogs find them cozy.
