I’ve been very happy with my 20+ Mats ,( dog beds, stair treads , outdoor mats) I’ve bought until my last order when my runners were sewed terribly crooked and don’t look very good in my front entryway. I’ve never had this problem with any of the others I’ve purchased. The company says they will give me a refund but I haven’t yet seen it on my credit card . Other than that they are amazing and really do what they say they’d do.

Customer Service Exceeded my Expectations

The muddy mat is amazing. I have a senior dog , that is terrified of smooth floors. He was seriously hurt once & hasn't forgotten the experience. The new home i recently moved into. Was all laminate flooring. So when I found the muddy mats, I had to try. He absolutely loves walking on them. He is no longer timid or scared walking the halls to the outside door. For that. I will be eternally grateful for the muddy mats. My baby Mouse is everything to me . Thank you muddy mat

Very good customer service

I purchased 2 muddy mat beds for my 3 cats. They absolutely love them There's 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. My gray tabby sleeps on the one in the bedroom nightly. She used to sleep on my bed. The 1 in the living room is shared amongst them. Sometimes there are 2 on it at the same time. This is a great product. Easy to keep clean.

We love these bass! Sturdy, comfortable. Very impressed! Our Labs love it also. I’m sure we will stay with this Brand, they will even stand up to a puppy that destroyed rugs, toys, everything in her path!

From dog beds, throw rugs, bedroom & living room rugs, everything is as expected.

We have four muddy mats and they are great. They absorb and are easy to clean. But they also look good and feel soft to stand on. The company is also wonderful to deal with.
