The company could answer the complaint I had. And say instead of saying, it’s a good experience I will say most of the rugs. I am enjoying very much but the stairs covering I can’t use I wanted gray ones the ones you sent are way too light and I cannot use them on my stairs and you have not answered to say whether you would exchange them or how I can return the ones I’ve got or anything that does not make me wanna buy anymore. You don’t tell your customer how you can return them so I have no idea what to do with the ones I’ve got because they’ll never get used. Thank you.

The MuddyMat bed is a big hit with my dog. She adopted it immediately and clearly loves it. It arrived promptly and was well-packaged, and it's well-made. I'm glad I bought it and recommend the bed and the company highly.

We have had Muddy mats for some time, with a busy household and a dog in and out these mats really work and look amazing, we have just ordered a bigger one in a colour that’s suits our decor, as well as being practical they look perfect.

At the moment we don't have a pet. But I use my muddy mat at the door to keep our carpets cleaner and we use one as a bath mat. Also have 3 others in different places in the house. We really like them a lot.

My dog seems thrilled with the bed

This is my second Muddy Mat rug for my back door. I literally wore the first one out from washing it, probably hundreds of times. I have an elderly dog who sometimes can’t make it outside. While I’m not thrilled about washing over and over, these rugs wash up wonderfully. They’re easy to wash and look like new once they’re dry. They look great on my floor and keep my floor cleaner than my old rug. Great purchase!
