Feeling confident after training
The one-on-one training I received for my laser machine was excellent. Trainer took the time to ensure I understood all the features and answered my questions without rushing. It was my first time ordering from M-Shape Beauty, and I feel confident moving forward.

Informative and helpful training
I completed my one-on-one training on the Hera machine today, and the trainer was incredibly professional and intelligent. They guided me through every feature, making sure I felt confident using the machine. This was my first purchase from M-Shape Beauty and I'm excited to start offering treatments for fat reduction and skin tightening, and I can't wait to see how my clients respond to the results.

A Worthwhile Upgrade
We've been using the EMShape Neo Plus at our spa, and have seen impressive benefits in both muscle building and fat reduction. The one-on-one Zoom training was detailed but easy to follow, and the ongoing support has been excellent. Our clients are very pleased with the results, and I'm already planning to add another unit to our second location.

Dear Mario, I am so sorry for this inconvenience you’ve experienced. Our goal is to always offer the best client support, and obviously we have missed the mark if you didn’t receive the manuals. Thank you for your recent orders of body contouring machines, and my colleague will be emailing you all the links to the manuals and videos first thing Monday morning, if not sooner. Also we provide free personal training. If you want to make an appointment and get a zoom meeting link, please email us: [email protected]. You can also use the chat icon on our website to request it. Thank you again for the feedback. We have already assigned a staff to thoroughly investigate how it happened that you did not initially receive the manuals. We sincerely appreciate you helping us to improve, which will allow us and to serve you even better in the future.
