I love our Perfect Shape NEO
I love our Perfect Shape NEO. I have owned it for a little over a year now and it still works great. Customer service has been top notch!

I highly encourage anyone considering purchasing from this company to do so! They are absolutely wonderful! I've bout 2 EmShape neo machines and an Mvisage facial machine. The whole transaction is smooth and they provide shipping and updates that keep you in the know. Equipment ships fast so you can start making money in just a few days after your purchase. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Elena, Gwen, Rio & Alex and they all go above and beyond for the customer. I can't say enough food things about this wonderful company and their high quality machines!

Excellent product and customer service

Top notch customer service
In making a decision about purchasing a device, customer service answered every question I had and then some. Not pushy at all and if I sent an email, I had a reply in minutes! They helped me make a decision on the device I purchased with their honest input. Everything from picking the device, payment & shipping and setting up training, the follow through was so refreshing! The device I received was better than I expected. Great qualitiy! I am scheduled for training next week on the device so stay tuned... I have purchased several times from this company and I cannot recommend them enough.

This is a fantastic company and the M shape is a fantastic machine. I’ve had it for a couple of years and when I want to increase the power I got hold of the manufacturer and within a day they had sent me instructions in a video how to do it absolutely top-notch Service a great price on the equipment and I would certainly use them again. Happy with MShape Beauty
We decided to go with MShape Beauty after looking at a few different machines for our clinic. We’ve been using the EMShape Neo Plus for muscle toning and strengthening, and we also have cryo for targeted fat reduction. We’ve used other body sculpting machines before, including more expensive ones, so we had something to compare it to. So far, everything has been working well and we haven’t had any issues with the machines. The treatments have also brought in more business for us. We’re planning to offer the same treatments at our new location early next year. We’re happy with how everything has worked out and would make the same choice again.

I love my Emsculpt Neo and will…
I love my Emsculpt Neo and will continue to purchase from this company. Customer service has been nothing short of amazing. They’re always responsive and supportive. Today, I corresponded with Rio, and she was wonderful. She fixed my issue immediately. I’ll most definitely work with them again in the future and refer them to friends and family.
