Dear Mario, I am so sorry for this inconvenience you’ve experienced. Our goal is to always offer the best client support, and obviously we have missed the mark if you didn’t receive the manuals. Thank you for your recent orders of body contouring machines, and my colleague will be emailing you all the links to the manuals and videos first thing Monday morning, if not sooner.
