MrFluffyFriend™Reviews of mrfluffyfriend.com

Bed is fine in theory, delivery is fine but either we were sent the wrong size (packaging is gone) or the large is way too small for my 35lb dog to curl up in. She can’t even fit in it when she tries. *note the comment and email referenced below came 5 months later and said I could return it at my own cost (almost the cost of the bed), and then receive a time limited discount on a new larger bed if I choose to purchase it. That would mean buying the largest side available for my 35 pound dog to be able to fit. Review now downgraded.

The dog bed took a long time to arrive and the inner circle where the dog lies is not padded enough.

I was very disappointed with my product when it arrived there website is very deceiving!

I ordered a medium sized fluffy bed (60 cms) but it is actually smaller than that. However my dog seems happy with it. Bev Burch

Product on order was shipped from China, no previous mention of this on the advert. Delivery took longer than suggested. When product finally arrived, it was of extreme poor quality with totally insufficient padding to make it a nice bed for my dog as detailed in the advert. I was advised I could return the product (to China) at my own cost. Despite the supplier failing to provide a product as described, areas of the bed had no stuffing at all. Therefore the product was faulty. I was advised by supplier during conversation they could not pay the return as they already offered free shipment. I paid £60 for the bed, a similar bed actually selling in the UK is currently £30-35, so where is the free shipping when they charged me £60, they had hidden it in the purchase price. I only bought from them because their advert write up and photo looked amazing. How completely incorrect was all that. They offered me 15% refund which I refused, I requested 50% refund, they said their final refund offer would be 30%. So I ended up paying £42 for a faulty bed which should have been rectified at their cost, now I have to take the bed apart and fill it myself at more cost. Sizing completely wrong. Luckily I ordered XL but even that was slightly small for my Westie. Dreadful company Dreadful product Dreadful customer care Stay clear of Mr Fluffy or whatever other name they may pop up as. I would prefer to give a no star rating!

I was so excited about this product as I was ordering it for a gift. Originally the delivery time was 7 days but then it jumped to 7-21 days and I am quite some way over that now. I have sent a number of emails and got a tracking number but the status of delivery has not changed for a week. It’s sad that I am now at the stage that I wish I hadn’t ordered it and gone somewhere else. It’s difficult to get a response from the company and it can take 3 days. When I have received a response the wording is such that I am not being patient. I hope it arrives and I hope the recipient loves it but I have had such a poor online experience that I am very doubtful. I would suggest that if you do order you pay careful attention to other reviews.
