We like the product
We like the product. It is very nice both visibly and it looks like it would provide great comfort to our cat. Unfortunately the cat will have nothing to do with it. Seems unreal. We are going to pass this on to someone whose animal will enjoy it. There is nothing wrong with the product. It is well made and is everything it was advertised to be. Go figure???? Thank you!!!

What went wrong, dog bed took too long to arrive. 9/20/22 to 10/22/22
What went wrong, let me tell you MrFluffyFriend. It took over a month from ordering and receiving the dog bed. The website said it would be 7-21 days. It mentioned due to Covid. It took 32 days. In addition, there was not one person at your company reaching out to me about the delay. I will say, that to me is poor customer service. With all that being said, my dog does use your doggy bed. She can be particular about using a doggy bed. So thank you, for that.

I bought the bed for one of my cats. She loves it! Spends most all day of her sleeping time in it. I strongly recommend this product!

Too long to be delivered!
The delivery time was ridiculously long. Whilst appreciating it is hidden in the small print it isn’t clear to buyers that the item will take a long time to be delivered. In my case it was even longer than that hidden in the terms and conditions.
