The company delivers products well…
The company delivers products well packed, though not the fastest. We had a cosy bed for our dog and she loves it. The cats also loved it, so we then ordered two beds for them. They are very cosy and snuggly, but could do with a little more stuffing in the base as it has gone quite flat.

Took 4 weeks for my order to arrive asked for a refund and was ignored even though before I asked for a refund they answered all my questions as to when expect delivery, not great quality either, I purchased 2 anxiety dog beds would have been better buying from ebay for a third of the price for the state of the quality. Would completely avoid.

Bed too too small
Bed too too small. Trying to return but communication has been disappointing. It’s taken a few weeks to get nowhere with the returns process. The bed is still sitting in its return packaging but I have not had a response from Mr fluffy friend for over a week now.

It took way too long to get delivered
It took way too long to get delivered, and I was not able to track it during shipping. That is not acceptable in today's market. My dog does like the bed, however.

Misleading Photos of bed
The quality of the product was not what I was expecting. It is a lot less substantial than pictured and I feel that the pictures of the bed are misleading. There is very minimal stuffing and padding. The padding on the bottom is very thin and it does not support my dog. I purchased the the XL for my 50lb Husky and it is not nearly big enough.

I was sent two small beds instead of large, which is what I paid for. It’s been an issue to get the large beds. I proposed to the company that it’s a simple solution. I’ll send the two small beds back and they send me the large but this has become a nightmare.
