Delivery from time of order to receiving item was extremely slow considering ship from and to were both in Canada. Although fluffy and our 100lb German Shepherd seems to like it, we thought it would be thicker for the money. Can feel the floor. Needs more material. Our dog has OCD and will still need to put this bed on top of his old bed for cushion from the floor.

Never received the goods despite numerous emails. You can’t reach these people on the phone. Takes days to reply. Then they blame the courier. My contract was with the company. So therefore the company should be taking up the case of non delivery. I have asked for a refund but guess what ? No response

Bed is comfy. It took quite a while to arrive and I got some confusing messages saying it was delivered to whangarei, other end of NZ, but then it arrived. Westie likes to relax in it.

Too small for our dog, went by dog breed and kilograms, quality wasn’t too bad looks nice in the house.

The Fluffy Dog bed I purchase was very disappointing took forever to arrive the tracking was terrible it would take a week for an update .Then was really excited when finally arrived. It was in small shrink wrap package I almost sent back because it looked so small from pictures shown on website. It looked like it would be a good size for large cat or small dog really too small for my small Golden Retriver she won’t even get in bed, uses it for her toy box. I guess I should have ordered 2XXL size bed for her but it looked huge in add, got her a X-Lrg bed instead looked like better fit for her. Would like to reorder for 2 XXL size if I can but for as long as it took to ship to ship it back then wait for larger size w/ X-Mas so close wonder how long it would take to get larger bed shipped. Please call me at 319-457-3127 or e-mail me please with some good news about rectify my problem now. Waiting to hear from you about a return and reorder larger size. I’m interested in more of your products but want to rectify this problem first.

My dog ran right to the bed and got into it. She usually won't lay in a dog bed. I was able to wash it and it came out good as new. The only problem is that it took about a month to get it to me. I was not expecting that.

Poor quality so I asked to return the item. Told me I had to return the item to China. I told them in there t & c ‘s it says they have a European warehouse so I said that’s were I should be sending it. They gave me an address that does not exist so it’s lost in transport. They then offered me 30% off the bed instead of sending it back, by now just getting the postage back would be something so I said ok and I have never seen a penny or had a response to multiple emails from the company. The bed is not good quality and lacks stuffing. Avoid!

Dogs love it!!!!!
