Bed was way smaller than described and bed reeked of chemicals!!! Also has no padding in the middle! Contacted their customer support MULTIPLE times to return the bed and they wouldn’t give me the address to return it! Stuck with a tiny, smelly $80 useless dog bed. Also, took over a month to receive the bed. I would never let my pup lay on this and endanger him to these chemicals. Go somewhere else!! Don’t waste your money or time on this joke company!!!

Delivery took a long time but once her bed was delivered, she nested in and cuddled in it right away.

I love the products as my pets love them. One of my pets is calmed significantly with both couch cover and her bed. My only concern was the time it took to get to us. But things happen and we would certainly try to buy again from Mr, Fluffy Friend,

Ich habe zwei Körbchen bestellt und beide kamen Vakumiert an. Eines der Körbchen war beschädigt und hat derart synthetisch gestunken, dass ich das andere gar nicht mehr geöffnet habe. Statt dessen wollte ich von der Rückgabegarantie Gebrauch machen und habe um einen Retourenschein gebeten. Seit 3 Tagen keine Reaktion seitens der Firma. Ich würde auf jeden Fall abraten. Ergänzung am 22.12.2022: Der Fairnesshalber muss ich erwähnen, dass die Firma den Kaufpreis inzwischen zurück erstattet hat.

Let me first state that my pets absolutely love the blankets, and couch cover I purchased. This was my second purchase. We also have very large dog bed. These products are soft and cuddly and my dogs and cat snuggle right into them. For their sake I would purchase again. However communication from this company is awful. I received the bill on my credit card before I ever received the product. There is a disclaimer that states shipping could take a longer than usual amount of time. This being the case I think 2 things should happen. Credit cards should not be billed until product is shipped. Second, follow up emails or text on the progress of the order would be much appreciated. It took so long I began to wonder if this was a fraudulent company. As I said this was my second order. I believe the first time I order it was through Amazon and not direct from the company. That was last year for Black Friday. The order came fast. The product is great, your pets will thank you but if you need it fast don't order from this company.

When the dog bed eventually arrives the smell of it was disgusting i wouldn't let my dog near it.

Ordered bed size based on YOUR guidelines and the bed is too small for my dog. To add insult to injury, you continue to email me despite several unsubscribe requests. Telling everyone to avoid this company!

Recommended size for a golden retriever is too small. He barely fits
