Delivery issues
There was a very long delay in the shipping and I went to cancel the order within 24 hours of purchasing it and was told I could not. I had wanted the item for a specific time period which was not possible. Frankly the fact that I was not permitted to cancel the order within such a short period of time was utterly ridiculous.

My 1 year old kelpy dog just tore it…
My 1 year old kelpy dog just tore it up, totally unhappy with it! Officially it’s under warranty, I would like my money back or at least a replacement

My package arrived quickly
My package arrived quickly, and was handed to me at my front door. My pocket kitties love their new beds....by are sleeping together in one! They are litter mates..I put one in their room, and one in the TV room.

The fluffy pillow is fabulous
The fluffy pillow is fabulous I thought I ordered the largest one Let me know when there is a sale Because I hav to order the largest one The dogs love it They are so comfy

I bought a bed for my Papillion I…
I bought a bed for my Papillion I bought the size suggested and is it is way to small. I ask to return it for the next size up. no one has responded to me, WHY?

Comfy well-made, dog bed!
The dog bed is beautiful it matches my Decor and my little Jack Russell Pippa loves this bed. It’s padded nicely making it so soft! I would recommend this bed for any dog. I might be picking up a few more for Christmas gifts.
