Completely unhappy with this company
Only after placing the order was I informed of the very long shipping delay. I ordered a large, this bed is very small. It was so small that it was shoved into my mailbox all taped up and folded over and over with so much tape so the package wouldn’t just burst out of its bag. I was shocked at how this item arrived. I emailed a thousand times, wanting to return this bed. Trying to get someone to reply to your emails; (there’s no phone number to call) is a very, very long wait. After weeks, I was told to try it out for a few weeks, after I said very clearly that I did not want to keep this bed. Then I was told I could ship it back to China. I don’t like this bed and I wanted a refund, but yet, so far my situation wasn’t resolved. I have emailed them over and over without success. After over a month , I decided to open a case with PayPal, and even though I had been receiving emails about how busy they were, within a few hours a partial refund was given to me. There didn’t seem so busy when PayPal got involved. I would not recommend this business to anyone. My experience has been horrible. This bed is subpar. The bed is NOT like the pictures. I will never buy from this company again. I decided to go to different stores to look for a bed in person and I ended up finding a bigger, fluffier bed for half the price and my dogs love it. Even though I am not happy with the agreement that was reached, but now I am done with them.
