My two Pekingese love their new pillow
My two Pekingese love their new pillow! They are almost eleven years old so comfort is important at this stage in their lives as they have issues with their backs and joints. This is their second one and they use it off and on all day. They look so snuggly and comfortable when they are in it that it makes me smile. Thank you, Mr. Fluffy Friend.

Bed not what we expected so I have sent…
Bed not what we expected so I have sent two emails requesting return instructions and one request on a customer service form also requesting return instructions. To date I have not received an answe to any of these 3 requests.

The pillow has very little stuffing in…
The pillow has very little stuffing in it. It’s definitely not worth the money and took several emails to get any response back. It was extremely late in arrival time. Don’t waste your money!!!

Overall the length of time to receive…
Overall the length of time to receive product was way to long as well as the lack of communication. Plus the product is not what we expected!! Smaller then we thought for a 105lb boxer

Company misrepresented itself
This company misrepresented itself. When I bought the wrong size bed the website said it had warehousing in the US so I followed the instructions and sent it back to the return address clearly marked, “returns only”. After numerous emails and days and days of wait time I was told the package had to be sent back to China. I should get postage returned and a full refund for time and so much frustration. Never will I purchase anything from this company again and although expensive, I have gained knowledge and experience and will never order again from any company that I have not properly vetted.

NOT fluffy
NOT fluffy. Smelled SO horrible it made house stink within minutes. I sent it back and wrote company. Their response was "wait longer for full experience". I had it 'open' for 2 toxic days....FLAT, NO FLUFF, NO SHAPE. I have throws with more fluff.
