Our dog runs right to the bed and gets in it. We put it by the fireplace, so she is snug as bug.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING - DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
It took three weeks to get my item and the item that they shipped was the wrong size. I have contacted customer support four times with no response. This is the worst company to do business with unless you want to throw away your money. Please do yourself a favor and DON'T order from them unless you want to throw money away!

Size does matter !!!!!
Just received my fluffy bed for my sons pooch . finally arrived . She’s just turned one and I read the reviews and also checked the chart on breed and size so ordered the large ( she’s a French bulldog) on opening and shaking said bed I was happy with the product but disappointed with the size ? She can just about lay down in it . I wish now I’d gone ex large . Can’t send it back been waiting ages and it’s to much hassle so near to Christmas. Customer service was good on the delivery side ( time scale) But my advice is go up a size ? Unless u have Chihuahua go up a size .

The bed doesn’t provide any support and my dog will not use. Then when I tried to return found out it would cost more than the bed…still waiting to hear back from you what you’ll give me for refund since it’s too expensive to return to CHINA?!
