Bought a couple beds, will say beds are loved by my dogs. However shipping procedures need improvements. It took a month to receive beds. Tracking is not accurate, took one week to receive notification that it will be shipped out, after it was shipped there was no movement in shipping for more than one week, later it took a few days to receive any updates after it has moved along, customs took a few days to release it, after being released from customs it about 2 weeks or so to receive it. Otherwise products are great, but shipping method needs improvement, it states shipping method is Expedited shipping, this should take at the most a week to receive a shipping, not a month under this shipping method.

I ordered a small dog bed and paid $44.00. I received it and it is too small for my dog. So, I reached out to the company to return it. They responded back and said it would be better for me to keep it verse sending it back and they will give me 15% refund. That’s $5.00…. That doesn’t help me one bit. I really want my money back! I am now stuck with a dog bed that my dog is too big for. I also don’t like the material it is made of.

It is fluffy but not full of stuffing like it shows in the photos. My GS is very picky and she lays on it often. So i gave you 4 stars because she must like it. I took one because it is not as it shows

They will not refund your money if unhappy with product. NOT MADE IN USA as they lead you to believe. Products are made in CHINA!! They come vacuumed sealed and when you open SMELLS LIKE URINE!! They say it’s from the plastic vacuum seal! THATS A LIE!! If I do not receive my 44.00 dollars back. I am planning on suing them!! BEWARE THEY ARE TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US CITIZENS!! False advertising! Most of their reviews are fake from CHINA!! Do not buy. Chemical smells not safe for your animals !!They are dishonest!!

Whilst the bed itself i just about Ok, the delivery wass very poor. Delivery took 1 month & the covid excuse just does not wash. Tracking was non-existant & when I emailed on 2 occasions I got no response at all. Once the bed did arrive & was opened it smelt full of chemicals & our dog would not go near it. It took 2 full washes for her to approach the bed. Not a great experience & ironically certainly stressful.

Took 5 weeks for delivery, no updates on status. Bed is fluffy but very thin, disappointed it’s not as padded as it looks on website
