Poor product quality and customer service
The product was received with a hole in it. I contacted the vendor via message and ask for them to call me to discuss how to resolve the situation. I have recently had surgery and I'm unable to go out to complete a return. A return call is simply customer service but it was never received. I will not EVER order from them again due to the poor customer service experience. It's totally unacceptable.

Took forever to arrive and the quality is Terrible!…
Took forever to arrive and the quality LOOKS NOTHING LIKE YOUR PICTURES! Very disappointed. I Have to Fluff it every time our dog lays in it. I have never had to leave a bad review for anything!

Virtually impossible to return
Virtually impossible to return this item. My dog won’t even stay on it. I attempted to cancel the order within minutes but didn’t receive a response until days later. Then, when I voiced my concerns with their return policy I was told it could be returned but only if it hadn’t been used. I truly don’t have a problem with the policy, the problem is the ad which prompted me to buy said they had a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a no hassle return policy. Then, after looking at the T&C I find unused and unopened as part of the satisfaction guarantee. How do you determine if it’s a good fit for your dog without opening it? You might as well say no returns unless damaged in shipping.

So so SAD/MAD
I was so excited to get a nice, wonderful bed for my grand dog for Christmas because she is old and sick but the bed I got was too small. She couldn’t even lay down in it. And, yes, I ordered the size specified, and when I tried to get return information, I was told I couldn’t send it back and you wonky give me a small percentage of my money back. So, I AM VERY UNHAPPY AND DISAPPOINTED with MYFLUFFYFRIEND!!!! 😡😫😖

Fantastic bed! He loves it!
This bed we bought our pup is fantastic! He loves it! Getting it here is another story It took near 2 months to arrive. That wasn’t fun.

Our dog had rather use her old bed

The beds I purchased on time for…
The beds I purchased on time for Christmas arrived early enough to mail to family. The dogs just seem to love them.
