We ordered the extra extra large pet bed for our dog and it was nothing like the picture we saw and is too small for him. The outside for is sewn into the bed and there’s not very much filling or stuffing at all so while your products sound great we are very very disappointed. I’m hoping that we got an accidental wrong shipment and you were going to send us the right one but I’m just keeping my fingers crossed.

I am still waiting for my refund, u never showed size choices when asking order information, you only posted size choices after my complaint about how misleading your picture advertisement it!!!!!We have been waiting several weeks wasting time that we need to spend on my husband's surgery recovery asking over and over for afull credit card refund and no more games, give us return information!! Communication with customer service has been spotty at best. I let someone know right away that my dog was not interested in the dog bed at all & that I wanted to return it. It was quite sometime before I got a response. I returned the package to the return address that said' Returns Only' with an address. Finally I heard from someone who said that it was not a the correct address but I had already shipped the package. So not only am I out the cost of the bed but also the shipping fees, because apparently their is a different place to return the item. I'm hoping it will get returned to my UPS store & they will call me so I can ship it back to the correct address. Customer service has been days late in responses.I wanted to get the bed back as soon as possible so I could get a refund. Now I don't know what will happen.

Got my 16 year old kitty Lucy a MrFluffyFriend not knowing if she would even use it. I put it out and she did not seem interested and continued to sleep in her usual spots. After a few days, I looked up, and she was sleeping soundly in her new bed! She loves it! Glad I tried it!

Cannot track. Take forever to get order. Will not buy again

Our dogs are so happy with this cozy bed. Our senior dog with lots of lumps is always trying to get comfy - but he doesn’t have to adjust once he lays in this bed.

Definitely fluffy. My dog likes to hump it instead of laying. I find it very comfortable when lying on the floor. Thanks

I think this company takes great pride in both its high-quality products and its customer service. I needed more information about their pet bed's washing instructions and they got right back to me. And my dog does indeed love her new bed!
