Great dog bed!
Item packaged well and arrived in excellent condition. Item is as expected and pictured on the website. My 16 pound dog loves it. I got him a size medium and lined it with a blanket. Seems soft but sturdy.

Unhappy doggies
Our dogs bed was nothing like the pictures in your advertisement. The picture looked like a doughnut. Unfortunately ours is almost flat on the floor.

It came eventually after about 4 weeks…
It came eventually after about 4 weeks and was really a big too small. The dog is small ,a Maltichon but the bed needed to be a bit bigger

Expensive and not really comfortable for large dogs
Very long lead time to get the order with no follow up. Once the bed was delivered, my large dog laid down an immediately was resting on the floor. Appears to be insufficient internal material such that the bedding separates and is no support for the dog. I had to put it in ANOTHER bed with sides so that she will even use it. For the price, very disappointed.

DOG BED
I ordered a bed for my dog but it is too small. I sent an email requesting information on how to exchange it but have received no reply. My dog tries to sleep in it so would probably have loved it if it had been bigger.

Ready, beddy, go
Easy to order the anti-anxiety bed from the website and pretty decent delivery period. But, most important my Westie, Jura, loves it.

Dog bed is not a pillow
Dog bed is not a pillow. Flat! Looks like a gray blanket on the floor. Was replacing a bean bag that is 20 years old, but is more of a “pillow” then yours. Dog has always (12 years) slept on a dog bed, so that’s not it. So very disappointing and no help when I sent an email regarding our dissatisfaction
