Mis-represented the size based on pictures. Purchased the XXL size for a 75 lb yellow lab and based on your pictures, should easily fit but this one we received, the dog hangs way over unless the XXL one I received is not XXL. I’ve also started return sending an email on 1/3 but still have not received a response 3 full days later. Seems like you’ll go out of your way to sell but once you have the sale, returns are nearly impossible, although time will tell hopefully..

Two things were disappointing: the origin point for the dog bed is about 4-1/2 hours from my home. Yet, the dog bed was shipped halfway across the country to Chicago, where it was in a 'processing' facility for 12 days, before being shipped back across the country to me. It took over a month for the dog bed to arrive, and it was very frustrating to see the order sit for over a week at the origin point before any action was taken with it, let alone the unnecessary shipping costs and delays. Secondly, the "fluffy" dog bed did not live up to the name. While the outer circle of the bed is puffy, the center of the bed where the dog lies down has very little stuffing/foam/support in it. For a large dog, this is quite a disappointment, as he might as well be lying down on the floor, given how thin the center of the bed is. I communicated my frustration to the company about the shipping delays, etc., and did not hear back from them. But, I keep getting emails from them, letting me know about their products that they have for sale. Needless to say, I won't be buying.

My dog does lie on it sometimes. But it is so soft that she gets it caught up in her feet when she stands up or runs over it.

Bed was smaller than expected for the price and dog won’t even lay in it after several tries.

The filling seems flat...there is nothing fluffy about it and it took over a month to arrive

WHERE ARE THE THREE BEDS I ORDERED ????

Took too long for delivery! Couldn’t track the package. I ordered the largest one available, however I received a much smaller bed. The dog is an Old English Mastiff, 200 lbs!! The bed wasn't cheap, he tried to use it for a pillow!! So it was a failure.

Product never showed up. Rip off.
