Not what I expected. Significantly less supple than advertised. Heavy chemical odor, very slow delivery (took 23 days to arrive). Product delivery updates from customer service were slow to respond. No contact phone# to call. Only e-mail. Wasted $85.00 on this product. Return policy is unreasonable.

The XL anxiety bed was extremely inferior to the small. It was flimsy & not stuffed as well as the smaller version. I did exactly as told to fluff & puff & jiggle & jangle, shake this way & that many times over several days. Eventually I was credited a mere 10%. The XL quality as so inferior to the small it must have been defective. 10% dis not cut it. Very disappointed in this company which is sad because the small is a great product. If compensation/ understanding was better I would recommend.

We are still waiting a month later for our purchase and have contacted the company 4 times…no response. Received this invitation to review a product we have not yet seen.

My daughters dog absolutely loves it! It is so soft and so fluff too!

I need to make a return and they will not respond with an address. I have been forced to deny charges! Shameful

This was the worst product I ever received. Looked nothing like advertised. Will not be recommending you to anyone. I will be contacting the better business bureau for false advertising. Trying to get my money back for your horrible product.

So soft, so fluffy. Packaged well, BUT postage time was awful, tracking details useless, and it was up to me to "track" my own parcel after having to email the seller a few times asking where it actually was...

My 3 lovely dog's LOVE their beds It looks like they spend more time in just laying in the ease anxiety beds, then fallowing me through the whole house … so, I love the Mr FluffyFriend. Every word in your advertisement it is TRUE.
