Good all round service

Clicked on the picture to buy the bed in the advertisement (slumber ball style). Led to believe I was getting one at purchase. Ordered on December 6th. Shipping info never updated after a tag was printed on Dec. 12. It arrived on 12/28 and is a different product.

Appalling lack of concern showed when company was advised that the product purchased had not been delivered. Generic response offered after first notification essentially telling me to be patient and still waiting for a full refund after second notification. The choice of delivery company is very poor - Evri and there appears to be no apparent follow up system in place between the two. I have no idea as to the quality of the product so cannot offer an opinion in this regard

Excellent product that my dog is getting used to and beginning to like. It took a little while to arrive but the post has been difficult so that was understandable. I'm very pleased and recommend this item.

This anxiety bed is the best thing ever. I have a very nervous anxious 2 year old Bichon Frise and the change in him is incredible. Much more relaxed than ever before. I would highly recommend this for any fur baby parents. Thank you so much Mr Fluffy Friend for brilliant product and great service.

Keep your money!!!! Product nothing like what was advertised & not worth it. Purchased 2 x large dog bed. Even after a period of time flat and can see patches in areas. Not fluffy at all (as picture portrayed) Extremely disappointed. Tried to come to an agreement with customer service to cover postage- to no avail. Not sure how they are getting good feedback !!!

Slowed delivery imaginable and a mediocre product, if that.
