Never received this item
Never received this item. I asked to cancel this item immediately after placing the order and was told they could not cancel because a shipping label had been printed. I had JUST placed the order! This was on December 7th and I still have not received anything. I have my cc company investigating and withholding fuunds.

Be prepared for long wait
My son finally received his Christmas gifts for his new arrivals ( 2-dogs ). I ordered 2 fluffy beds Dec 6, 2022 thinking they would arrive by Christmas. Unfortunately they did not and they came separately approximately week apart. Disappointing…. Other than that everything else was great. Just received second fluffy bed Jan 6, 2023. One month is too long to wait ! Note: READ RESPONSE from company. My name is not Elizabeth !!!! They just have to do better .

The beds I ordered sadly smelled…
The beds I ordered sadly smelled terrible when arrived & even with washing & airing were unable to be used.

My dog loves his fluffy bed
My dog loves his fluffy bed. For the first time I found him carrying it into the lounge for the evening! I did laugh. Haven’t washed it yet so hope it stays nice. I love the cream colour. You’re right- it does soothe him.

My dog wouldn't go near the bed
My dog wouldn't go near the bed. She appeared to be afraid of it. I sent three e-mails requesting the address where I could return the bed, and I heard nothing.

Currently been trying to get a refund…
Currently been trying to get a refund for a lost item I paid for mid December but they are slow in responding and when they do they are definitley not keen to help a customer quickly or satisfactorily

I thought the bottom of the bed could…
I thought the bottom of the bed could have been softer, was disappointed and want to put more padding on the bottom for our Nova to lay on.
