I think the purchasers should realize that when they buy some thing that has to be big enough for your dog to make sure that you buy the right size. I bought a bed for a boxer pug cross 20 pounds. But when he stretches out, he covers all sides should have bought the next size up, so just be careful. He loves to curl up in the bed but when he stretches out, he moves to an older bed that he has.

Our dogs love the bed; should have gotten a larger size so both could enjoy it at the same time. Only complaint was the long wait for delivery.

Very slow response times for questions via email. Not very happy with the product either, it tips over when she tries to get in it (bought a small, she weighs 9 pounds) not clear on how to return it.

Terrible company who scam their customers, and do not reply to any emails regarding complaints. Thousands of dissatisfied customers in Google reviews and trustpilot from numerous countries. The bed is nothing like as advertised with no base padding at all. To make matters worse despite unsubscribing I'm being bombarded with emails from them, oh and if you want to return item for a refund it has to go back to mainland China at a cost of nearly $100!! at your expense..Avoid at all costs

Item arrived late, and not as described. Bed is much smaller with very little “stuffing” making it hardly the bed I purchased.

I love the look of this and the rolled sides are snuggly but the base is not very well padded so my older dog (Lab)doesn’t have much cushioning there. I have put a blanket beneath the bed to give it more cushioning. For the price of this bed (XXL) I am disappointed with the lack of cushioning.

It took over three weeks from the time I ordered it to the time of delivery. Product does not look anything like the photos. There is no padding whatsoever on the bottom so it is like lying on a bare floor with a thin blanket. Certainly not with the money I paid.
