Took too long and only received one of my order of two.

I ordered a bed and tried to return it because we ended up not getting a dog. Company representative didn’t want to give me the return address until I threatened to contact my credit card company. Address is in China and therefore too expensive to ship from the west coast of America.

Shipping was slow

Customer service was nonexistent. I tried multiple times to contact you and received no response other than that you would look into the matter that I did not receive my package. I placed an order on December 1st. The tracking number provided no assistance. After calling the USPS, they said that they never received the package to put out for delivery. Again, you never responded with an explanation. You charged my credit card and I had no product. I spoke with my credit card company and they told me that if I ever got a package from you to then refuse the package and send it back to you through the USPS which I did immediately upon receiving the package after the Christmas holiday . I returned the package the same day that I received it. I need you to credit my account immediately. Again, you never followed up on the whereabouts of my order and there was o way for me to contact you other than the email form that you provided on your website. No one ever contacted me to address my issue. I would never recommend to anyone to do business with your company. It was a great waste of time and money.

The bed is well made, very cozy and feels great to the touch. My dog seems to like it, as she does use it. I just wish I would've gotten a medium size. I went with the small, as my dog is only about 7-8 pounds. I think she would be happier if it were a little more roomy.
