I ordered a bed for my cavalier puppy in the beginning of January. And then after a week and no update on delivery status I decided to check reviews. Oh boy, I was pretty sure this is going to be a disappointment. But my experience in the end is pretty positive. I got the bed around 2 weeks after I made the order, so the wait time wasn't too bad. The quality is okay, I got a medium size bed and my dog is about 6 kilos and the bed fits him alright for now. As soon as I unpacked the parcel, he went to check it right away and seems to have enjoyed it very much. The quality is okay, definitely not like on the pictures, but not as bad as reviews say. Maybe they have different suppliers and I was just lucky. I got in on promotion, so only paid 42 pounds. If you buy for the full price, then it is too expensive for its quality. The bed has quite a lot of padding on the outside, but the middle section is too thin in my opinion. You may need to put a blanket in the center or underneath the bed to make it cosier, but overall it is a good bed

My pups love to hang out on the bed. We haven't had it for long but the quality doesn't feel like it matches up the price. Hopefully I am wrong and this will last and be loved for a long time.

Ordered a pet bed on December 12. It was delivered on December 27. It was not acceptable and needed to return. The website said to return to the nearest warehouse, however I was told I had to return it to China. The cost to return to China is high and even with the offered 30% discount it was going to cost me $59 for some thing that was already over priced. Received a response to contact them via mrfluffyfriend.com. I have already been working with them and the best they can do is for me to return the item to China.

My dog has never been a bed lover and rarely used one. He is a nester though and wherever he slept, he’d nest. When the bed came and my son opened it and placed it onto the floor , he immediately jumped in the bed. That is his go to place now. He’s got his baby and blanket in the bed and now uses it constantly. Thank you for your bed that gives him such comfort and contentment.

Our little puppet loves his fluffy bed! He is ~ 13lbs & the medium bed has plenty of room but is still small enough for him to feel secure. Comes vacuum-packed and they you open to a super soft, super fluffy bed! ( My only gripe is that on the base of the bed, where he lays, there isn’t much padding so we’ve put his bed on a pillow that he seems to like. )

Excellent product… m’y little yorkie absolutely loves her new little bed! She is always in it! Thank you for making such a wonderful product for our little pets!

While I was pleased with the product, I ordered three dog beds, I was highly disappointed, not only in the very delayed holiday delivery, but in the lack of responsiveness from customer service upon my multiple inquiries
