This is a joke. I was fooled into buying these so called therapy dog beds. Material is cheap and and didn’t last through one use and one wash. I notified you about the issue and you basically laughed in my face.. BUYERS BEWARE, THIS PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY SUCK!!! I already contacted you via email and was told there is no warranty so I just had to throw the cheap bed away. I spent 156.00 on a defective pet bed

I bought the size recommended for Standard Poodles. I have a 50 lb Portuguese Water Dog. The bed arrived and it really needs to be bigger. So hard to visualize my dog in the bed based on measurements so I relied on the Standard Poodles recommendation. Now I am not wanting to return it…expensive to ship because I’ll never get it small again like it came.

The product runs much smaller compared with other brands, though, my dog likes it which makes me happy. Customer service is not great at all and it takes longer than 3 weeks for the shipment to arrive.

Packages took a very long time to arrive. Beds were smaller than advertised & very thin. No padding at all.

Two MrFluffy beds arrived. VERY POOR packaging! Bed fluff poking thru a plastic bag, taped heavily but protruding and dirty! Ugh. 1. The order was for two beds. I got THREE and was charged for three. 2. Beds are poorly constructed. They won’t stay flat on the floor. When my little 5lb.Yorkies get in them, they tip out, or their heads end up on the floor and the back of the bed is off the floor. 3. Sorry guys but beds useless. Don’t be fooled by the pics. I wish I had read a review before I bought these. I am asking for refunds on THREE beds. What a mess!!
